Become A Site Partner
Molar Express Minnesota relies on partnerships
with community organizations (“site partners”) already working within
neighborhoods. Site partners are non-profit organizations including
schools, social service agencies, libraries, and recreational centers.
If you choose to become a site partner, you will be responsible for:
promoting MEM’s services to the constituents you serve
distributing materials
providing translation services, if required
providing confirmation that each child qualifies for free or reduce-price
lunch
collecting paperwork
guaranteeing a minimum patient list of 50 children per week
Site partners also need to be able to provide
electricity to operate the vehicle (when a plug-in is available),
a waiting room, access to restrooms and MEM staff parking.
As a site partner, you will benefit from a partnership with Molar
Express Minnesota because we offer you the ability to expand your
services to the individuals and families you already serve by including
no-cost comprehensive dental care as one of the benefits of your
program, without additional costs to you.
Partnerships like this one also maximize philanthropic efforts in
our community and can improve relationships with funders.
